Following our recent post on Simplekey Web residential access control and what it can do in terms of functionality, we thought it would be good to explain more on the reporting functions as we are constantly being asked how much management information Simplekey web can deliver.
The system provides real time information that can be accessed from any web enabled device, so you don’t have to be in the office to get your updates. The suite of reports includes:
This allows you to create a custom report of events based on time, doors, or fobs used.
Excessive Fob Usage Report
The report will provide a list of fobs that have been used more than a particular number of times over a particular period of time. For example, a list can be generated of fobs that have been used more than 100 times in 24h.
An absconsion report will provide a list of areas that have not been accessed within a selected time period. This particularly helps with properties that are being rented without anyone living there for long periods of time.
Unused Fob Report
This will find all individual fobs that have not been used within a selected time period. This report is helpful to find fobs that are not in use anymore.
Expired Fob Report
An expired fob report will provide a list of fobs that have expired and will no longer work on any controllers.
All of the above reports and others that can be created enable you to monitor access through communal doors and highlight any potential issues. All this will help to improve residents safety and help reduce the time it takes to manage the system.
